1.1 Intellectual Property
All books, course materials, toolkits, and workshop content are the property of Kimani Haley. No part of these materials may be reproduced or shared without express written consent.

1.2 Academic Integrity Policy
The academic services I offer here are strictly limited to editing, proofreading, formatting, and coaching. Note that I do not write essays, theses, dissertations, assignments, etc., on behalf of students.

Client Responsibility: As our valued client, make sure our academic writing services comply with your institution’s academic integrity policies.
 

1.3 Workshops & Courses
Access: Upon purchasing a course (e.g., the 9-Module Teacher Program), you are granted a non-transferable, single-user license.

Waitlists: When you join a waitlist, it does not guarantee a spot or lock in a price until a formal booking and payment are made.
 

1.4 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio.
