The pricing for manuals is $.05 per word.

Before accepting the job, an estimate will be provided (after KNotED by Kimani receives your final draft of the product) in order to determine the number of words in the document from cover to cover.

A $100-deposit is required to initiate the process.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with the service of KNotED by Kimani, please notify the company at your earliest, and we will do our best to rectify the situation through one of the following methods:

correcting the error(s)/problem(s).

applying a discount to a future service.

partially or fully refunding the customoer, depending upon the extent of the error, problem, etc.
Proofreading a manual requires a great deal of attention and time. The client will be required to conference one-on-one (in-person, virtually, phone) with KNotED by Kimani in order to ensure that the client receives the desired product.

The turn-around time for completion of proofreading a handbook/manual will depend upon the length of the handbook/manual and will be discussed with the client upon booking the assignment. Proofreading a handbook/manual could take weeks, depending upon the length and complexity of the text.
