Before accepting the job, an estimate will be provided (after KNotED by Kimani receives your final draft of the product) in order to determine the number of words in the document from beginning to end.

A $20-deposit is required to initiate the process.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with the service of KNotED by Kimani, please notify the company at your earliest, and we will do our best to rectify the situation through one of the following methods:

correcting the error(s)/problem(s).

applying a discount to a future service.

partially or fully refunding the customoer, depending upon the extent of the error, problem, etc.
Proofreading an essay has a fairly quick turn-around time depending upon the length and complexity of the essay. The client will be required to conference one-on-one (in-person, virtually, phone) with KNotED by Kimani in order to ensure that the client receives the desired product.

The turn-around time and price will be discussed with the client upon booking the assignment, but proofreading could be anywhere from 48 hours to two weeks, depending upon the length and content of the text.
