Cover Letter/Bio - Drafting/Editing

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the service of KNotED by Kimani, please notify the company at your earliest, and we will do our best to rectify the situation through one of the following methods:

1. correcting the error(s)/problem(s).
2. applying a discount to a future service.
3. partially or fully refunding the customoer, depending upon the extent of the error, problem, etc.

Shipping/sending/receiving electronic documents is FREE.

If for any reason, a document needs to be mailed, standard postal charges will apply.

Drafting and editing a cover letter is a two-way process that will require the client and editor to meet one-on-one (in-person, virtually, phone) to initiate the draft of the cover letter. 

KNotED by Kimani will need 72 hours, from accepting the assignment, to complete drafting and editing a cover letter.
